Snapdeal — Refund not given | |
I made a order of pendant set in October mid, when after 15 days, parcel was not delivered. Then I cancel my order no. [protected]. And talked to there customer care executive. I was assured of my money back. My payment was thru my credit card RS. 279. But after that they updated delivered status. No delivery man of snap deal regarding this parcel never contacted me. Now from one month I m calling and mailing for this refund. But they have no answer. Was this information helpful? | |
