Snapdeal — refund not received for a damaged returned product | |||
I had ordered one set La Opala Turquoise Dream Dinner set (33 pcs.). The product was delivered in damaged condition. I immediately contacted Snapdeal and asked them to replace the product. They had initially assured of replacement and picked up the damaged product the very next day. Thereafter, I received an e-mail from snapdeal stating that they would not be able to replace the product but would refund the amount to my bank account within 7 working days as is the rule. This happened in the last week of April (around 23rd April, 2015). Ever since I have contacted snapdeal innumerable times (lost count of it) for an update as the refund has still not happened. Every time I have been kindly requested to keep my patience and wait for 4 days, but now my 'patience' is wearing off. My Order ID is [protected] and Complaint ID is 18759298 I write in this forum expecting to get the matter resolved at the earliest.
