[Resolved] Snapdeal — Refund not received from Snapdeal after almost 2 months | |||
Hello Sanpdeal Customer Care, I believe there is not even a single responsible person in whole SnapDeal across the India. I have purchased Bean Bags from Snapdeal and order no is [protected]. This order placed on[protected]:40:14 and after two weeks later my order was cancelled from snapdeal and received an email regarding refund on 25th Oct 2014. But main concern is that still did not receive refund amount. What is the hell going in snapdeal? I'll be assured that snapdeal and there is not even a single person who cares about customers. These are my previous complaint request no- #12267497 and #12304612 This is very bad, today(28th Nov 2014) I talked with snapdeal customer care asking about refund status, I got surprised answer they did not receive any kind of bank statements from my side.
