[Resolved] Snapdeal — Regarding Cashback | |||
As per my order at snapdeal on dated 13th march 2015 Order ID: [protected] AOC LE40A6340/61 99 cm (40) Full HD LED Television, As per offer by snapdeal there must be cashback provided in three months but they didn't provided, when i logged case against the same on dated 7th july 2015 Ticket no. 19942527 at customer care they only fooling me to send emails but not provided any concrete solution i had given all the relevant docs for the reference to snapdeal team and contentiously contacting over phone and via email but after so much effort i didn't succeed till now. This is your silly excuse which you are replying again and again. It's totally irritating me for such worst response from snapdeal. & for your kind information pls not that your team is not able to provide solution so that i have written complain over here. As i already made so many communication but didn't got any solution till now. pls find the further reference in enclosed snaps.
