[Resolved] Snapdeal — regarding refund against damaged product of Quickheal total securities anti-virus | |||
R/S, I ordered Order number [protected] Quickheal total securities antivirus on 4/9/2013 through snapdeal online shopping.I received product on 9/9/2013. after opening the packet, CD cover teared and product key also was missing.I immediately contact to Custom care regarding above matter and they suggest me to return product within 3 day.and they agreed to refund plus courier charges. I returned product through Thirupati couriers on 12/9/13. After that i lot of times contacted to Custom care and they told me they will be get refund within 48 hr and they will r call back me.But now i called 100times, they given same answer and nobody call back me and not mailed me about status .I have been totally mentally harassed with spending mobile charges.Last week they called me asking what happened . they also assured me to refund money within 48 hr. after that they mailed me to send proof of delivery after 50 days of filed complaints.I now staying 80km from couriers office.how can i collect proof delivery after 50 days .they doing totally harassment.
