Snapdeal — Regarding snapdeal fraud not accepting return product under return policy | |||
Hi team This mail is regarding purchased product infocus bingo 10 (8gb), from snapdeal on 10 jun 2016 order id: [protected]. Product delivered to me after few days, after delivery i found that product is not as mentioned on site. The quality of body of product is too poor and the features as shown about product is not as satisfaction and also i am not satisfied with the quality feature of product like ram speed, camera etc. So overall i am not satisfied with the product, after that i raised a return request (Under return policy) on 23 june 2016 with ticket id[protected]. But still matter is not resolved they are saying that we can’t return product still you don’t have any big issue. Please help me.
