Order ID: [protected] Item: Relish green shirt Customer mail 1: ref no 14191607 Customer mail 2: ref no 14361302 I had put request for replaced of the shirt, it has been picked up and refund has been approved but I havent got the SD cash as refund as per snapdeal policy. Thanks, at last for contacting, but support I got is poor. The terms and policies on site are not aligned with what customers get. The customer support directly says we no longer provide such service, then why do you have it in the first place. I was preferring to get the SD cash as refund instead of bank transfer as I wanted to purchase from snapdeal only, but now I no longer want to do that.
