[Resolved] Snapdeal — Split AC | |||||
My Order ID is [protected] placed on 13.05.2016. we placed order of Blue Star 1.5 Ton 3 Star 3HW18VC1 Split air conditioner white & delivery was expected between 16th - 20th May 2016. But today we received message from snapdeal that the order has been cancelled as the seller was unable to fulfill it. How come the seller accepts order if he cant fulfill the same. They are using our money i.e. Rs. 34175/- from 13.05.2016 & it'll be credited to our A/c. within 4 business days from today i.e. till 23.05.2016 (being Sunday non working day). for ten days my fund got blocked & my planning of AC installation also failed due to these delays. we ordered AC to make summer season pleasant. But due to such responses it seems summer season will be more annoying. Snapdeal must avoid such nasty things & stop harassing customers. Their Job ends by simply sending regret message but after effects (due to such last moment cancellation) are not as simple as sending messages. Now who will bear the rise in price for the same model & finance cost for blocked funds. Also the delay is irreparable & cant be compensate in any manner. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have had similar experience with Snapdeal twice. Good deals are never honoured. Flipkart and amazon are 1000 times better.
