Order ID: [protected] I HAVE ORDERED LUMIA 640XL, BUT WHEN I CONTACTED COURIER COMPANY THEY SAID THAT MY ORDERED HAS BEEN RETURNED, STILL NO UPDATE FROM SNAPDEAL. ALSO PREVIOUSLY I HAVE ORDERED MOBILE IT WAS RETURNED TO SNAPDEAL. EVEN THIS TIME GAVE CONTRACT TO SAME COURIER COMPANY. I HAVE ALREADY SHARED THIS ISSUE WITH SNAPDEAL CUSTOMER CARE 4 TIMES AFTER PLACING ORDER OF LUMIA 640 XL AND HANDLING IT TO SAME COURIER COMPANY, BUT ALL OF THEM ASSURED ME THAT I WILL GET MY ORDER TILL 31/05/15. KINDLY REQUEST YOU TO GIVE ME UPDATE ON SAME ISSUE AND APPOINT A CONSULT PERSON TO WHOM I CAN COORDINATE. i am not going to write on given id, since there is no response and what a bad service it is, my order has already been returned 3 times. no use of such a big brand
