Snapdeal — To return the sarees

Please provide as much information as possible...Sir I Arpit Kesarwani from Allahabad had ordered the two sarees from the snapdeal but we didn't like the quality of the sarees we request for the to return the sarees but the request not completed then we talk to the costumer care they had told us the process to return it but it didn't work . The price of the sarees are 1st one is Rs1100 and the 2nd one is Rs668 . Sir do something so that our cash should be refunded or can be exchange with the other once. Phone no. [protected]
