Snapdeal — Unethical behaviour

And returned on 01 june 2015
Snapdeal claims that the refunded amount of roti maker was added to sd cash, this was done unbeknownst to me.
Also, without informing me and without any valid reason, siezed the sd cash amount.
Now, the situation is, i returned the roti maker but didn't get the refund.

Snapdeal is framing a policy, claiming expiry of SD cash which is against consumer interest as well as overruled prevailing law. This illegal act is noteworthy and cognizable.

Snapdeal claims that they have resolved my problem without taking any significant action regarding the complaint that I had lodged. I haven't got any satisfactory reply yet.
