Snapdeal — Worst customer service

I have cancelled one order from your site but i have not got my payment back. It is almost one month over. they said money will be added to SD account. When we call snapdeal they just forward us to bluedart but they says that they dint received any msg from snapdeal reg this.did I ordered product with u or bluedart? R u people playing with our time and money. Irresponsible customer service.

I got the mail following on 8th nov reg refund of amount to SD cach account, but still they dint credited my amount.. they said 100% cash back within 7day. Its just a name sake policy since return my product 1 month back... how many email and calls i made... just waste of money and my time...

This seems funny guys.You offered me a promo code but the order was cancelled and returned so the offer was not used. Yet I' waiting for ordering the same product if the SD Cash is credited if not then I waste to be a customer of your concern for a very long time. I haven't asked any offers, but I'm requesting you to provide the unused offer. It seems all my patience has been tested and still I'm helpless.
Ok, then what about my request for compensation for my call charges. Since, I was kept on hold for more than 30 mins twice and not even escalated to senior or my problem was solved. For sure my legal advisor would send a legal notice towards your concern.
