[Resolved] Snapdeal — Worst ever support from snapdeal after purchase | |

I ordered Cosmos Royal Seat Tricycle on 22/01/14 from snapdeal I got it on 28/01/14. I found that the product is damaged and not the one I selected for purchase. I compliant to snapdeal on 30/01/14 they agreed to replace the product with the new one and reverse pick up the damaged product. They picked up the old tricycle from me and sent me the new product on 13/02/14 that is also having same issue.
I again raised complaint on same day and asked transfer the money back don't want any to replacement as I lost my faith on snapdeal. Form that day onwards I am calling customer care and sending mails. Every time they replaying will get back to you soon but no response. On 18/03/14 I mailed them that I am going to raise in consumer court then they are asking for photo's of damaged product which I already packed. They didn't ask any photo's previously why they are asking now I am not getting It's already been 2 months the tricycle is laying down in my home without any use and money got stuck with snapdeal.Please help me to get my money back and take the corrective action on snapdeal to respond the customer within time.
