[Resolved]  Snapdeal — WRONG PRODUCT DELIVERED TWICE complaint nos - 9009133 and 9532456

Dear Sir, 1, Order [protected] placed on 23.08.2014 ELECTROLUX microwave oven - 23K101BBCG 2, on 02.09.2014 received wrong product model no 23J101BBCG gati AWB[protected] 3, on 02.09.2014 lodged complaint no 9009133 4, on 05.09.2014 Blue dart collected the wrong product vide awb [protected] 5, on 11.09.2014 snapdeal book replacement product through Gati[protected] 6, on 22.09.2014 again received wrong product 23J101BBCG instead of 23K101BBCG 7, again lodged complaint 9532456 dt: 22.09.2014 Please arrange to refund the wrong product delivered second time.

Hi,

The Snapdeal team, upon approaching them, is assuring the reverse pick up of wrong product soon.

Last time booking was initiated immediately on the day I complaint. This time taking little longer.

As per the customer service executives, the full amount I paid (Rs. 7370.00) will be adjusted to my credit card within 4 days from receipt of wrong product at their-end (snapdeal)

Awaiting appropriate actions:

1, to collect the wrong product,
2, actions against Gati courier who missed the ASSURED delivery date 16.09.2014 and delivered on 22.09.2014 after so much chasing and calling Snapdeal as well as so many contact points of Gati.
3, refund of my money paid Rs. 7370.00

It is been more than 2 months from the order date 23.08.2014 and still this matter is not resolved.

Till date I have not received Rs. 369.00 which SAPDEAL transfered to their SD cash without my consent.

every time when approached they sat the same monotonus recorded type talk " rest assure your money is safe in trust pay and we will come with solution within 24 hours.

Please do some thing and refund my money.

Further to my complaint, SNAPDEAL has transfered Rs. 369.00 to their "SD cash" in spite of my request to refund full amount Rs 7370.00 to my account.

Since 06.10.2014 I have been talking to various customer service representatives and floor supervisors but till date they have not refunded my money and neither they have given any satisfactory solution to this problem.

Each and every person is giving me same answer that we have escalated this issue and our team is working on this and you will get the solution within 24 hours.

Once again request please refund my money immediately.

The SNAP DEAL has not refunded the money yet, further I have been constantly following up with so many tele-representatives as well as floor supervisors but all in vain.

Over all upon asking them about actions taken against the vendoer who supplied wrong product 2 times and SNAP DEAL had to arrange to collect the same 2 times and till now i have not received Rs. 369.00 paid towards the purchase, they did not give any satisfactory answer. which I suppose is my right to know, as I am the one who has suffered since the day I ordered the product, 22.08.2014.

The vendor must have supplied the wrong product to many who might have not noticed the model number.

As earlier, once again request SNAP DEAL to refund my money.

To my surprise, just now I had a talk with Mr Hitesh, floor supervisor at SNAP DEAL, he advised me that since the day I lodged complaint for refunding of Rs. 369.00 no one has initiated the process neither they have mentioned any kind of remark/complaint or request to refund the amount.
This means all these days I spoke to below persons were not doing their duty.

3, Ms. Pooja - customer service
4, Ms. Ashmi - Floor supervisor
5, Ms. ITI - customer service
6, Mr. Varun - customer service

Now I know the real reason of this delay and miss-management!!

Every day I am talking to a new customer service executive stating with the history of this matter since 22.08.2014 the day I placed the order then he/she transfers the line to another new Floor supervisor with whom I repeat all the case then again he/she will say we are working on this matter and you be rest assure your money is safe under TRUST PAY. We understand your problem and shall resolve within 24 - 48 hours.

I do not understand how long this will take and how many staff of Snap deal will interact with me?

Do anyone see end of this issue?

Now the amount refundable is Only Rs. 369.00 which was transfered by snapdeal without my consent/knowledge to their SD cash and I have been following up with them since 27.09.2014.

Can anyone from Snapdeal read my request and act immediately to refund my money?

This is with reference to complaint no - 9532276

on 05.11.2014, Mr Hitesh Pathak, the systems at Snapdeal shows the case closed/resolved after refunding Rs.7001/- on 30.09.2014 and no one has mentioned any complaint/request regarding refund of rs. 369.00 therefore, he has lodged a fresh complaint in continuation to my old complaint no 9532276 new complaint no[protected] is been allotted.

Now please arrange to refund Rs 369.00 to my credit card account as requested so many time earlier.

I would like to know is there any check system on the working of these so called "customer service representatives" and so called "floor supervisors' they seems to just chatting with customers on phones without doing their job and making money from snap deal.

1, the vendor is supplying wrong product
2, customer service representatives not doing their job
3, floor supervisors not doing their job
4, Snap deal has no one to lend ears to customer
5, transferring money to SD cash without customers consent.
6, not refunding customers money in spite of so many calls messages and complaints.

Where the snap deal want to go in this competitive business scenario of today's world?
Further to so many complaints till now the matter is not resolved.

Every time when i call they give a new complaint number.
