[Resolved] Snapdeal — Wrong product received. Refund denied. | |||||
My order number is [protected]. I had ordered a 10 gram 22kt gold coin worth ₹27, 015. But i received a silver coin. Now SnapDeal is saying that they won't refund the money as it was correctly dispatched. That means it is the customer who is saying a lie. Listen SnapDeal kindly refund my money or else it will turn out to be really bad. I don't want to messy but yes this is the fact. Thank You. Was this information helpful? | |||||
