[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — 16 days Product not delivered | |||
Hi I Happen to place the order on Snapdeal on 11-Nov-2014.On Snapdeal on mega sale I booked Godrej Microwave on offer price It is been 16 days the product is not delivered. It been one tough time to track the product.Upon contacting the SnapDeal they claim the product has reached the Chennai Hub But Upon contacting the Gati Courier they claim the product is in Mumbai, Panvel, since 18-Nov-2014, Gati claims that product has not left the Mumbai due to one package among the two packages is lost, when again I called back spoke Snapdeal spoke many agents all claiming will call back but never they do it. also false commitments and the Delivery Dates have been Postponed 5 times still the product is not received. I am fed up with e-commerce. NOTE: IF YOU GUYS ARE PLANNING TO PURCHASE ON SNAPDEAL.
