Invoice no s96afb/16-17/694 date 24/8/2016 I receive it today on 31/8/2016 after open i found that the material is not same as i booked and the material is old and damaged. Now snapdeal.com is refusing to refund or replace the material. When it was booked then the commitment was with replace or refund, they send me a damage materiel and refusing to replace.
