[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — About my refund money, | |||||
I have bought mobile phone Aiek M3 smallest mobile phone-white 17 fab 2016, and mobile is damage so i request to return that mobile then snapdeal team is failed to pickup then snapdeal request to me that 'please send us your item' then i send that mobile at 6th march 2016 from shree anjani courier (amreli) but still i didn't get my refund of this product. i called several time to snapdeal custmer care and they accepted that thay have got the courier and give my refund as posible as fast, But still now i don't get my refund or any positive response from snapdeal. so then i want to apply my complain to the consumer court, and i think my request is take action from your side, please take some action and help me for refund, DOC. Hellomaine meizu m2 liya tha but usme softwear problam thi esliye maine use return kar diya but abhi mujhe uske baare mai koi upate nahi mila hai aap jv. Experss se baat kijiye ki aapke paas mobile kyu nahi aaya i m from gwalior refund my money fast ...
