[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Amount deducted but product undelivered | |||
A order no.[protected] placed in Snapdeal.com against the purchase of water purifier on 15.10.14 but, till now the product was undelivered and amount was deducted during the time of online shopping. Now neither the Snapdeal.com nor the courier partner Bluedart gave any confirmation against the product delivery and both of then just neglected the matter. This was simply a case of fraud and harassment with the client where money was deducted but I didn't receive my shipment. Very very poor service by Snapdeal.com Was this information helpful? | |||

Snapdeal.com don't have any customer support. It has only customer fooling department.
I have phoned, emailed, raised complaint. They didn't do anything. It's just fake. Customer support doesn't exist.
