I ordered the "Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime" as a birthday present for my friend and it was to be delivered within a week when I got a text message from Snapdeal saying that it got cancelled. So, I called the customer care and I was on a list of many callers so I had to wait. After 15 callers they received my call and I asked them about the reason why my product had been cancelled. The man on the receiving end did not even know anything and asked me to put my call on hold. After a while he told me that my order got cancelled because there were problems with the courier and he did not even know why it had been shipped back to its original place. Such bad service!! My friend's birthday had already passed and I really should have just bought the phone from some other shopping site. Very BIG THUMBS DOWN Bad delivery of services, Bad customer care and I should say Snapdeal is hands down the worst online shopping site in India Was this information helpful? | |||

Very bad experience for me as well. Had ordered Yamaha keyboard pedals at Snapdeal ( Spent about Rs 5000 )- these arrived without the screws to assemble. Called them, got complaint number, been promised reverse pick up - but nothing happens. The people at Customer Care just bluff you, saying things will be taken care off - simple lies. Now it is about 3weeks plus and no progress. Don't know if I need to take legal action ...
