I have ordered two sarees from snapdeal and I faced issue with both of them.
First one Khatu green saree its quality was so disguting.. It's cloth ws about to tear off when i put it in my hand.
And second one aysha pink saree.. There was clearly written and displayed about the clour of the saree ie PINK but what i recieved was a PURPLE one..
I gifted that saree to my relative and do you know how insulting it was when they said that honey the saree which you gifted us seems fake and you need to contact snapdeal.. These people dont understand what they are doing to the customers..

I raised a complain and asked them to refund both my sarees and they picked the sarees up from my house and later refused to initiate the refund as according to them my reason didnt reached to their clearence level..
Its the dispute between snapdeal and the seller that they write something and deliver something different.
RIGHT NOW THEY HAVE BOTH THE SAREES.. THEY ARE REFUSING FOR THE REFUND AND ALSO NOT SENDING THEM BACK..

MOST IMPORTANT THING- They are such insensitives.. they dont have the decency to acknowledge the customers problem.
I recieved a mail regarding the order that they wont initiate the refund on 16th october.. And SINCE THAT DATE I HAVE CALLED THEM 17 TIMES..THEY DONT HAVE ANY TOLL FREE NUMBER.. I SPENT AROUND 400RS BALANCE TO TALK TO THEM AND RECONSIDER MY CASE..
I used to call daily 4-5 times a day and they usually take 15minutes time to bring the customer executive on line.. Balance worth 20rs just to get in touch with one of their adviser.. leave that.. another thing which i am gonna tell will make everyone stunned..
I called up on 16th. they said that my complaint has been registered and their team was looking into my case and i will get a response from them within 24 hours either through mail or through call.. BUT I DIDNT RECIEVED ANY CALLS, MESSAGES OR MAILS..
On 17th they again said that your complaint has been forwarded to their concerned team and they will look into that i will get a response.. THAT DAY ALSO NOTHING HAPPENED.
SAME HAPPENEND ON 18TH AND 19TH OF OCTOBER..
Loosing my control I called them up yesterday ie 20th october.. I GOT MY CALL TRANSFERRED TO THEIR SENIOR EXECUTIVE AND HE TOLD ME THAT NO ONE FORWARDED MY COMPLAINT IN THESE COUPLE OF DAYS..
I mean they were making fool of me since 5 days saying that sir your complaint has been forwarded.. What the hell is this.. SNAPDEAL SHAME ON YOU !!
I asked for the complaint no. every time and they used to say that you will recieve a call within 24 hours but yesterday was the first time when I asked for the complaint no and the senior executive gave me that[protected]
I also have the audio recordings of all the calls I placed to snapdeal and today I went through them I concluded that they are big big liars.. These people think that they are the god over here.. But I am gonna upload all the recorings to youtube so that all the people must know about this fraud company running in India..
These people do advertisement campaign and spend a lot of money in that but there is a big difference in the way they treat their customers and the promises they do in their ads. Unfortunately people do not know about this fraud company and no matter what i am gonna upload all the audio recordings to youtube..
Please look in this. and SNAPDEAL SHAME ON YOU, YOU CHEATERS..

Its been 48 hours since i filed my complaint. What the hell is this.. Are you crazy or what.. I have recieved no updates.. Bloody frauds just give me my refund back.. Shame on you people.. You guys do such an unbelievable fraud.. This comapny sooner or later will be banned if you dont stop such corruption.

Its a bloody decision.. Why are'nt you taking it fast.. Is this how your company works.. taking full week on a simple issue.. Really disappointing.
