SnapDeal.com & Bluedart.Com — Order Not Receive | |||
I am Rajib Karmakar. I have booked a order through Snapdeal.com which is a 1800 Watt Pigeon Induction Cooktop. Item ID [protected] . Delivery date was 17-jun-15 But, date expired. i called the Customer care. CCE told that you have to call Blue dart.comwhich is the courier service. i called accordingly. CCE told that we have some problems in delivery boy's so delivery became delay. promised date was 20-06-15 Again date overed. I called again to the BlueDart.com to know the delivery status. CCE was disconnect my call. Please find my Order AWB number shared by Bluedart.com. [protected] I have bought so many items through snapdeal but it's first time where i am facing this problem. It's may cause for customer Impactation & hamper in Reputation of this website.
