Snapdeal.com — Cancellation of ordered product due to internal issues | |||
I had ordered for a Samsung monitor(Samsung LS19D300NY/XL 18.5 inch) from Snapdeal.com seeing the price they quoted (INR 2692). The order was verified and confirmed by the seller. However 2-3 days later the order was cancelled by Snapdea.com quoting that there was some issue at the seller's end. I don't understand if the order was verified and confirmed then what is the reason for cancellation. I want a justified answer from Snapdeal.com stating me clearly the reason for this mental harassment which I had while continuing this order tracking.
