Last week i ordered Dell Inspiron 15 3542 Laptop from SNAPDEAL AS A GIFT FOR MY BROTHER. Order ID is [protected]. Due to my personal works last night only i opened the box and start using it. The sound output is very very low from the laptop. This is really frustrating with this laptop. Cheating once payment was done.THEY NOW SAYING TEY CANT REPLACE ELECTRONICS.Kindly take necessary action to change my laptop.
