My order number [protected], I had purchased a product but that was an used product. I had reported it to snap deal they had informed me to call Blue dart and ask for reverse pick I call blue dart many time but they are just giving me new token number all the time but pickup is not done last time when I called blue dart the executive told me they had stooped business for some time with snapdeal, then I called snapdeal the executive there told me I will get a call next and all the issue will be cleared, now it is all most an month no response from snapdeal yet. 2 days back I got an mail stating they working on the request.
