[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Crompton geyser | |||||
I have purchased the product from Snapdeal...and paid through credit card. Due to quality issue, i have placed request for replacement..They got the product from my home. And now informing me that it has not passed internal checks and hence, they will not allow replacement. Now, they dont want to return the OLD PRODUCT which they have picked up from my home as well.. They are not replying as well what is the reason for the same... PLS LOOK into the matter...I want to file the legal case against Snapdeal... Was this information helpful? | |||||
