[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — Damaged Induction cooker - Refund Issue

I ordered Induction cookers on Snapdeal.com, but received Damaged products on 25/10/2014 vied order No.[protected] and in spite of repeated mails, still did not get any refund/replace of the damaged product plus they made me to pay the return courier charges also which they promised me to refund but I did not get any thing till now.
