I had made a purchase (Order id no [protected] dt 26.02.16) of intex cloud swift 4g 3gb ram/164b rom(Color grey) on 26.02.16 initially the mobile was working and then suddenly there was a problem with touch screen and i had given for service at intex service center @ ambattur now the service people are telling that there is a problem with the board, and the same has to be replaced which i am not interested, i want you to replace the product as within 2 month if this problem has occurred what guarantee that it might not occur again.
