Dear Sir On 30/09/2015 I returned the defective item Gionee M2 through SPEED POST (Indian Postal Service) with tracking id EO[protected]IN. The RETURN FORM supplied by Snapdeal was pasted on the packet. Even after FOUR number of mails, No body is responding. Purchase Order ID: [protected] Please kindly interfere in the matter to resolve it. When I track it today, to my astonishment it shows that :Delivery Attempted: Insufficient Address" even though The RETURN FORM supplied by Snapdeal was pasted on the packet.
