Snapdeal.com — Delay in Delivery of Mobile | |||
I ordered a Micromax Canvas Gold white phone on Sunday at 4:16 pm and made payment online at the spot. Company claimed product will delivery approx on 15th Dec. 2014. After that I lodge a complaint on 15th Dec. company said in a reply it will took 2 more days. and now till 18th Dec. Product status is same "Waiting for courier to be picked up". this is happened to me also. ban the snapdeal. they are cheaters. not reliable to the customers.
