[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Delay in pickup

I had bought 4 kurtas from snapdeal on 17th september 2016 under the company mytri but i wasn't happy with the product so i asked for refund for all the 4 kurtas but till date no one has bothered to come and pickup the product...
I did receive a sms too on 17th september and they mentioned that the product will be picked up within 1-2 days but no one has either showed up and snapdeal only has 7 day return policy, i only want my full refund within this period...

Kindly look into the matter and pickup and refund as soon as possible.

I have not received the refund for my product. It has been 6 days since i returned the product and snapdeal is saying that my cancellation to order ratio is high. They should have informed me before placing the order. I want my refund at once or else i am going to lodge a complaint against snapdeal.
