[Resolved]  Snapdeal — Mis selling

I have puchase a mobile order no [protected] from snapdeal with 4 gb internal memory but when i got the mobile it was having 2gb memory. Pls help me on this as snapdeal is misselling product.

Dear concern i got a call from snapdeal and they deny to replace the product. But this is a clear case of "not delivered the described product" then who is responsible for this?? That Customer who have placed order having faith on you?? Sanpdeal responsibily is only to take profit. Pls recall my product and return the money else i will open this complain and will fight aginst it.

Check the screenshot when u checked quality then y coustomer are getting wrong product that means snapdeal is cheating coustomer openly.

order not delivered within your prescribed time

i have ordered micromax a24 on 22nd december. but till today i did not get delivery. i have paid for it online. My order ID: [protected] please do needfull.

Product not delivered on time, even delayed without notifying customers

Products are delayed by even 3rd 4th time which were supposed to deliver in 3-4 business days have taken almost 20 dys and on last days of delivery they are changing the delivery dates. PLEASE HELP from these bunch of scammers.

Delay in refund, false promises by customer care

This is related to cancellation request ticket 24106001. Have made numerous calls to customer care but no help. No refund processed till date. Delivery attempt is not made, for me to reject it even though product reached destination city 6 days before. This all looks like a gamble.
