[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Delivery getting reattempted again | |
Today(09 dec 2016), I have received a sms to my registered mobile stating that "We attempted the delivery of your product [protected] but could not deliver to you". The sms was quite embarrassing for me as neither any sms nor any phone call I have received so far from the courier for delivery of the item till now. Moreover today at 11:00 pm, I received a phone call from snapdeal by which the attending personnel assured me to deliver the item within 24 to 48 hrs. Again at 5:30PM, I could see the order msg that "customer could not be reached". My phone number is working, i am present at home, Neither i have recieved any call nor any courier person arrived at my place. I have, however, sent a mail to [protected]@snapdeal.com asking for their reply as to when and where the delivery was attempted but failed. Was this information helpful? | |

I am seeing many people are suffering from snapdeal. I am also one of them. We should file a strong case against them.
For all complaints they are sending one forward message. But no action from them.
