Sir maine 2 november 2015 ko dell ka laptop order kiya tha or mujhey 7 november ko receive hua.mere laptop mai jb problum aai to mai dell service centre gaya to unhone bataya k ap warranty 10 september ko expire ho gai hai..maine unko snapdeal ka bill bhe dikhaya.bt wo nhi maane...maine snapdeal mai bhe complaint k bt roz koi naya bahaba bana rahey hai...khte hai 48 hours mai problum solve ho jayegi fr jb call kro to 72 hours mai ho jayegi bt sir kuch bhe nhi hua...aj jb maine call k to snapdeal k customer care walon ne bataya k 21 days or lagenge warranty ko theek krne mai...sir ap mujhe ye bataiye k kya ye meri fault hai jo waranty mai problum aa rahi hai...meri fault bs itni hai k mai snap deal ka regular customer tha...bt sorry sir ab bahot gussa aata hai snapdeal walo pr...ek baar sa.man bechne k baad koi responseblity he nhe unk...ab 21 di baad jb warranty online show kregi tb he dell service centre wale mera laptop banayenge...or ha 21 working days jb tk poore honge na sir tb tk to mere bill k hisab se bhe warranty expire ho Jayegi...ap he bataye sir ab mai kya karu...ab ya to ap meri problum solve kr do sir verna mai court mai apply karunga...snapdeal ne jitna bewakoof banaya hai mujhe mai unko iski saza to zarur dilwaunga... sir agar ap kuch kr skte hai to pls.help me pls.
