Snapdeal.com — Didn't get my refund | |||||
This is my complaint against snapdeal. I had ordered an iphone 5s from snapdeal.com but later asked for the refund as the phone was getting heated up. The phone was picked up from my address on 25th april 2016 and was assured refund within 4 days. But till date, i have not received the refund. I have called the customer executives many times but all in vain. They kept on replying me that the refund has been initiated & i would get the refund in the next 2 to 4 business days every time i called them. Countless days have passed since then, but no response. Finally, i escalated the case to the highest escalation point i. E mailed at kunal. [protected]@snapdeal.com due to no response from the snapdeal team. Now, the shocking reply that i got from them is that i won't be given refund & the item that i had ordered can also not be delivered back. That means i have lost rs. 20, 499 for no reason.
