Snapdeal.com — do not refunding money

I bought a product from snapdeal on last October 2013.(Order ID : [protected], Penta WS 707C 2g Calling Tablet Quantity : 1 Unit Price : Rs 6849 Promo Applied : (-) Rs 1 Subtotal : Rs 6848 But from 7/8/2014 this product was not working properly. And some straight line were appearing on the screen of this tab. So I wrote snapdeal to suggest me how I can get the warranty service and from where. Snapdeal suggested me to contact with pantel technologies. As per snapdeals suggestion I mailed my complaint to pantel technologies and they replied me on 2/9/2014 that the product is not new which I bought from snapdeal and also they will not give warranty because snapdeal is not authorised channel partner of pantel technologies. Then I wrote snapdeal about this on 5/09/2014. On 6/09/2014 snapdeal replied " We are sorry you were not satisfied with your order no. [protected] We have initiated the reverse pickup process for the return of the item." Then I send the tablet to snapdeal and customer care representive 'Greig Benjamin' replied onSep 17, 2014 :"Dear Bodhisattya kar, With reference to your complaint number 8512590, we would like to inform that for your order we are INITIATING the REFUND process for order number [protected] . Since you've paid the amount using credit card/debit card/bank account, you’ll receive your amount back to the same account. Please note that your amount will reflect to your bank debit/credit card within next 5-7 working days." On Sept'17, 2014 snapdeal wrote me that they are initiating the refund . On that day I wrote them to refund the amount to my savings a/c because I bought the product with credit card and not using that card currently, it was expired. And I also provided them my savings a/c details. On Sept'18, 2014 snapdeal cancelled the order [protected] and assured me that they will refund amount of Rs.6848. On Sept'22, 2014 snapdeal refunded the courier charge of Rs.150 to my savings a/c and on Sept'24, 2014 I got the courier charge back. From then I have written 17 times to [protected]@snapdeal.com and did conversation with customer representative several times but did not get the refund of Rs.6848. Meantime on 19/11/2014 snapdeal mailed me that they are going to initiate the refund process to my savings a/c and on 03/12/2014 snapdeal send me a text message that they have initiated the refund. Though I did not get the money, at last they confirmed me during conversation over by phone that they did not initiate the refund. And the finance team are looking about this matter . But how much time should I wait to get back my money ? My complaint no is 8512590
