Order no [protected] I have ordered redmi 2 prime 16 gb on 26 oct 2015 In bill imei no - bd[protected] After few months i have face some problem in my phone. I came to customer care and i came to know that There is different imei no in phone and as per bill. It is clearly seems that sanpdeal gave me a duplicate phone. Snapdeal has very poor customer relationship. I strongly admitted that they are not giving proper resolution of complaints. They are always delay in complaints resolution. They are not giving proper justification. Personally I will not doing any shopping with snapdeal anymore. Worst Experience!!!

I have purchased red mi 2 16 gb on 26th October. Before few days ago I came to know that bill's IMEI and phone's original IMEI is totally different. Which means snapdeal gave my duplicate or replaced phone.
I did complaint about it in snapdeal. But they are not resolved my complaint in maximum time limit..
I made many calls to them but still they are not resolving my complaint.
Please replace my phone.
And firstly give me compensation of my balance which is only used in telephonic communication with snapdeal which around rs.50
