[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Failure in picking up the returned product | |||||
Order No: [protected] Ticket No: 12104658 Wrong product delivered but there is no provision to pickup the product for return from my location. How can you sell a product and deliver to a location where you can't pick it up if required? I got a call that my area is not a serviceable area and I 've to send the item through any national courier but it's very difficult for me to do so. If it's not a serviceable area then how could you deliver any products here? I am sure Snapdeal can not continue for long with this kind of cheap business strategies.
