[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — False updates on product return | |||||
I order for a Fasttrack watch and when received I found the product is defective. So I have ordered for a replacement. I was told that the watch will be picked in two days and two days later what I can see is that the picked failed as I am not available at the time the courier person arrived. But no one actually contacted me for the same. This happened for thrice but the product is not yet picked up. Is this some kind of cheating the customers? Was this information helpful? | |||||
