Snapdeal.com — Faulty Product and NO resolution | |||
I bought one product from Snapdeal ( 2 TB- hard disk) which got delivered after a week in faulty condition and I am being harassed like anything to get either the replacement or money. Customer care executive are not aware of anything, they are just singing a song of courier company who have done the reverse pick with no clue where the product is? CEO of the organization Mr. Kunal Bahl is enjoying the harassment and he is not even bothered to refer such issues to his PMO/ any team. I am so frustrated, can someone please help me in filing a case into consumer case. I can't even tell you the level of frustration so please help me.. Thanks Rahul Was this information helpful? | |||
