Snapdeal.com — Faulty product delivered and returned back | |||
Hello, I had order a "Orpat OQH-1230 Room Heater" Order ID: [protected]. The delivered product was faulty and upon complain, I was told after few days that pick up service is not available in my location so I need to return it back to Snapdeal and they had send me the return address. They promised that they return back the courier charges. I had couriered back the product and send them the courier receipt. After few days I got the refund for the product in my credit card but the courier charges Rs 280 is not returned. I have called the customer care 2 times for the refund of courier charges Request number 15364734 but every time they say that they will return it back and my money is safe under trusted pay. Within 1 hour of posting my complain in this thread I had received a call from Snapdeal.
Till now I was calling them and now they called me which made me feel atleast putting up complain works, but in the conversation the guy asked for my account number where Snapdeal can refund my courier charges. I told them you can drop me a mail and I would reply back with all details like account number IFSC code and anything else if required. The guy just disconnected the phone without even saying OK.
Till now I have not received any mail. So I wonder again it is lost somewhere.
These companies should be fined big amounts to make them behave and stay committed.
