Dear Complaint Attener Team, I had Purchase Mircomax Canvas Spark Q380 8 GB ROM Balck mobile phone on dtd. 18.01.2016 wide invoice no.s9bf3d/15-16/52226. I had open my seal box on 29 January 2016, but when i filled the accessory and charge it properly as i am known mobile holder, but this phone is not working and it was continuosly getting hang. I had contact to snapdeal costmer care numerously times but all time they given wrong information of service centre. now i want my money back or need to be replace my mobile phone on urgent basis. This is shameless service provided by snapdeal. Kindly look into this matter very seriously and snapdeal prompt service will appreciable their work. Was this information helpful? | |||||
