[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Fcoffer not provided as committed by snapdeal on purchase order id:[protected] | |||||
I have been committed by snapdeal sell portal that if I purchase in cash then I will be offered FCOFFER of voucher Rs500. Same was not provided within 2day of placing order.Then I communicate the snapdeal through mail and got a telephonic call that within next 24 hr I will be offered.Again two days surpassed I posted complaint here earlier and got comment that to write to writous...snapdeal.com. I did same but no reply. I have recording of telephonic.I applied RTI and waiting for same as already 22days gone.I have only option after RTI query. Was this information helpful? | |||||
