Snapdeal.com — Got an invoice of lesser amount compare to what I have paid | |||
Hello, I have placed an order with snapdeal by paying 6000.00 INR for Nikon Coolpix S3600 on[protected]. Received the same product on[protected] with a Sales Invoice of 5587.00 INR. I am trying to get the reason and answer for the difference in amount as well as asked to refund the extra amount they have charged. Repeated calls as well mail in vain as I have raised a complain on[protected]. For reference I am mentioning my complain number in Snapdeal Customer care "Snapdeal Customer Support Case # 01250866" which is yet to be resolved. I am trying to contact snapdeal customer care for solution but getting the false assurance as their team is working towards solving the issue. Was this information helpful? | |||
