[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — How snapdeal cheating ? | |||
Brought “Aquagrand 12 ltrs 12 stage R0+UV+UF with TDS Controller Water purifier” from snapdeal on 24 Jul, 2015 and same was delivered on Wed, 29 Jul, 2015. I called snapdeal customer care for installation as advised by SMS and email. They told me the installation man will contact me with-in next 48 hours. Till now, all has good but after getting the call from installation / service man, they refused to install the product to my home. After numerous requests for installation to customer care, I find myself cheated by snapdeal. Then, I requested them that they should retune the product and refund the money by web portal and one by call center. (reference number 04912736 and[protected]. Till now they never contact me . they issue refund in 2 days. and tack back the product next week, all is good now. but will be chek othes site before making payment. Snapdeal.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
