I have raise the complaint on HP Desk jet 1112 printer in snap deal customer care complaint no is (ref no[protected], i have given complaint on 20 Aug, 2016, i have received a product on 19th aug, 2016, i raised the complaint because the cartridge and printer is not in good condition and cartridge cost is more in the market so i said the customer care return this product and i need the refund and i follow the terms and conditions as per the snap deal website with in 7 working days i raised the complaint. Now 29th aug i got a call from snap deal backend team they said not do any refund for default printer, and they are following own rules and regulations please help me this issue from snap deal i want to return this product ASAP..
