Snapdeal.com — Hp laptop refund not done since one month | |||||
I got the wrong laptop delivered upon received with order no [protected]. Then i called the snapdeal customer service center. Then i requested them for return. They arranged the pickup through ecom express with airway bill no:[protected] on 27th june 2016. Pickup was successfully done, currior acknowledgement slip is attached. Since then i am callling snapdeal, they say that they have not received the material. One of their executive said that its our responsibility to get the product back and arrange the refund. After few days i found out that the my account page says pickup failed, snapshot is attached below. I am helpless now. The product is also now with me since then nor the money. The whole case is discussed with manager ankush bhalla. Who asked me to relaxed and the case will be solved by 16th july 2016 evening. I was also assured for the call back, which i never received. I talk several times, they just need more 24 hrs to solve the issue. Snapdeal dont force me to go to the consumer court. I suggest all not to buy anything from snapdeal as its return policy is like Indian judicial system.
U will keep on getting dates but no solution.
They say no Question asked at the time of return. But they have rejected my return without any reason. Now they say that they cannot disclose the reason. Actually thet dont have any.

I will make a serious action against it... And will see that you meet a consumer forum soon. Because i have not ever received the laptop nor the money refund
First you said that the refund is initiate and now you say that refund cannot be initiate...
