[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — I am taking karbon phone from snapdeal but the key pad is not working properly | |||
Please replace my order because the key pad is not working some letters are not pressed for example i press number 4 it displays number 5 some charactors are are not pressed like R D X the technical person is call to me and said first charge battery 8 hours and then please switchoff phone and on your problem is solved but i charged battery fully and start the phone and the problem is same so please replace my order as early as possible Was this information helpful? | |||
