[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — I returned the product which i received but refund not initiated. | |||||
I have returned the product i have received for size issue. After courier pick up the returned is rejected for quality check... When i have contacted executive said ask courier guy we are responsible if courier guy changes the product. No proper response simply cutting the call in conversation. Snap deal is cheating the customers. Who is responsible if we sent a correct product but changer or tampered the product Was this information helpful? | |||||
