I have purchased two i ball tablets from snapdeal, With in one day i have noticed that one tablet was getting switched off automatically and the other one was not at all turning on. Now that sanpdeal has sent some technician to my place where he mentions that there is no problem at all but when the tablet is turning off automatically how can some one can simply say it is working good. I have placed refund request on 3rd day from delivey. Now that snapdeal has sent me a mail mentioning to go to i ball service centre. 1st thing they sold me malfunction product and secondly they are asking me to visit service center how fair is this.
